千層麵堆疊多層的麵皮,內層夾上白醬或肉醬及芝士,口感味道豐富。今集《靚太廚房》教大家做肉醬千層麵,做法非常簡單。
材料
- 牛肉 150克
- 紅、綠、黃燈籠椒 每款一半
- 蕃茄 2個
- 白蘑菇 6個
- 洋蔥 一半
- 蒜頭 3瓣(切碎)
- 千層面麵條 1包
- 馬蘇里拉芝士 1包(磨碎)
- 蕃茄醬 2杯
- 茄汁 半杯
- 鷹粟粉 1湯匙

肉醬做法
1. 將燈籠椒,蘑菇,洋蔥和蕃茄切成小方塊。
2. 炒已切碎的蒜頭和洋蔥,然後加入牛肉碎。
3. 加入燈籠椒,蘑菇和蕃茄。
4. 加入蕃茄醬,茄汁調味。
5. 加入鷹粟粉。

千層面做法
1. 在烤盤底部塗上薄薄的意大利麵醬。
2. 放一層千層麵。
3. 塗抹均勻的肉醬、芝士碎。
4. 重複這些層3-4次。
5. 在上面放上最後一層千層麵,醬汁和芝士碎。
6. 預熱焗爐180度,在焗爐以180度焗15至20分鐘。
